1. Who we are

This policy covers the website www.tathyank.com and the Tathyank application at erp.tathyank.com and its workspaces. Questions about it go to hello@tathyank.com.

2. What this website collects

When you write to us or send a form on this site, we receive what you enter — your name, work email, company and message, and on the demo and early-access forms the details those forms ask for. We use them to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry.

The site remembers your choice of light or dark theme in your own browser. That choice is not sent to us.

Page visits and page load times are counted in aggregate by the hosting provider’s analytics, which set no cookies.

3. Data in a workspace

Records a workspace keeps are stored with Amazon Web Services in Mumbai. Personal fields are encrypted with keys specific to each workspace, and the database is backed up nightly in encrypted form, with backups kept for 30 days.

The in-product assistant answers questions by sending them to a third-party language model provider, under that provider’s terms. It acts with the asking user’s own permissions, it is not used in payroll, and encrypted free text is never sent to it.
